Im getting ready to sandblast and paint the inside portion of the hood. One of the previous owners put some sort of tar/silicon like substance in the hood. Why would they have done this? Also, something is loose inside that I can hear whenever I move the hood.

Does anybody know if a sniper jr intake manifold will fit under a stock 69 ss hood? It will be going on a short deck 540 dart big m block. Ive heard good things about this intake and would like to run it if at all possible. Thanks for any help.

I have a 66 Chevelle malibu and am in need of some help getting the hood aligned. Facing the car, the left rear (passenger side) of the hood is about 2 inches higher than the right (drivers side). any recommendation and/or videos that you could recommend for proper alignment of the hood? Thanks...
