This truck was bought new by my grandfather. I grew up in this truck, I learned how to drive in this truck, this was my first vehicle that I could call mine. I've had it in my possession since 2011; he passed away just a few months after. It's not currently in the greatest condition, it looks like a worn out 30 year old truck, but it's my daily. It was a 4.3, but now it has a 4 bolt 350 in it with a mild cam that makes about 300hp. One day I will do a frame off restoration, but until then, it's my everyday hot rod.
1990 GMC S15 (Red)
When I got it, it was the original TBI 4.3 with a/c that had really never worked. Now it has a 350 with carb and I removed the a/c because I was tired of trying to make it work. I don't have any recent pictures, but it's been together for over a year now and has about 10K miles on it. I just drove it to Nebraska with a car hauler to help a friend get his cars back here to Florida. I towed one, he towed one, and a friend drove a third.
Kinda a nice interior for what it is. Power windows and locks, tape deck, full gauge set, it's good enough for me.
It's a little dirty and a little beat up now, but it still pretty much looks the same.
Original radio still works great.
Not only stock, it's original.
