This car was the Public Utility District car in Earlimart, CA. from new until around 2009. I bought it from the 2nd owner who bought it from Earlimart. I got the car home with 56,500 original miles. I have the unused protecto plate and original "exempt" registration and "E" plates for being a government car. It had the original interior, motor (307), trans (3 on-the-tree) and even rear shocks were original. It has one paint job and still has original interior. It now has a 12-bolt with 3.55's and a Muncie M-20 4-speed. I have also added power steering and power disk brakes. The rear has complete Hotchkis suspension and the front control arms have been rebuilt with poly bushings and Hotchkis springs. Koni shocks all the way around. Tach and gauges added as well. The motor is now a 327 (bored .040) with 462 camel hump heads, an Edlebrock C3BX manifold with a Holley 600 and 9.5 compression.
