      I found these at Jegs, and I know they are the correct ones for my 68, but what is the rear spacing mean. I have a stock 68 ss 396 with no special bells and whistles.
      Here is the link to the wheels, and I also included the link to the lug nuts. If anyone has experience with these wheels and lugs, please chime in and let me know.

Am I suppose to just put the wheel on the studs and just put the lug nut on the top and then let it just sit on that then begin to put them on in a cross pattern and not try to center the bolt holes with the studs myself?

      You have UNI-Lug Hole wheels !
      
      Depending on the bolt circle pattern on your axles
      and
      the size of the studs 7/16" 20RH VS 1/2" RH VS 1/2" LH

      You might need a OVAL shaped Washer for the
      - 5 X 4.5" / 5 X 5"
      or
      the Center shaped Washers for the 5 X 4.75"
