Hi everyone this will be my 1st buy on a old car I'm super excited but I need someone's knowledge please help I'm looking at a 1970 Chevelle it definitely needs some work done to it...the guy wants 12500 for it is it worth the money this is what he has on his post for the car I'm new to this and very ecstatic to potentially buy this dream car of mine...my buddy has a 1972 chevelle ss

1970 Chevelle Street/Strip car, 350 Cubic inch SBC, made around 400 HP, Centerline Wheels, 12 Bolt rear end, rear has tubular control arms, new gas tank and fuel lines, new rear bumper and cover, car has a roll bar in it, certification is up, stock dash still in it with factory tach, MSD Ignition, 2 Harwood Seats, B&M shifter, TH400. A lot of new parts.

Car is not perfect, body and frame are solid, paint is very old. Overall a good starting piece. Car starts, runs really good, and drives fine. Clean title in hand. Asking $12,500 OBO.. Not really interested in any trades, too many projects and not enough time.
