    I went with the spi epoxy over powder coating because I think the epoxy is easier to touch up, if the the powdercoat chips or cracks it can't be repaired as easily as the epoxy. Plus I was able to spray the epoxy in my garage while the only powdercoater in my area had a 4 week backlog.
