Hey bud, how are things going with your toy???
My times are still garbage compared to what they should be, but I just got to the track for the 1st time with cage installed. Now I can actually start some tuning and get chassis work done.
Went out last weekend, 90' 44% humidity equated to 2987 da. 9 passes, all 1.54 60ft, 6.9 1/8th @ 101-104 and all passes ranged from 12.842 to 12.886. Running th400, 3.73 gears and old softwall slicks that are junk. Had to push them to 20 psi to keep the rims from smashing to the pavement. Still running my way too small 750 carb. Front suspension still solid as a rock, 550lb springs and eurathane bushings so tight that I cant physically push down on the front end LOL. Oh well, still poked both fronts off the ground for a split second. Hoping to get the front end loosened up, get either some stiff wall slicks or drag radials and get the 1050 on it yet this summer. Should be able to get down to 10 teens in decent weather.
