    Jeff,

My name is Jeff also, I am currently doing a 66 malibu LS swap. I see you did some similar work as I am about to do. I was hoping to be able to pick your brain a little as I get going on this project, I am sure you learned a lot of lessons along the way that maybe you could pass on. thanks

    Hello Jeff

I was doing some searches and see you are/were running the 402A2 grind cam in a 496 BBC. I was looking at that cam for my 491 BBC. Are you happy with it, what kind of rpm's do you turn with it? Does it have enough vacuum at idle for power brakes? What kind of spring pressures were you running? I am looking for a cam that peaks around 5600-5800 rpm's with a max of 6000 rpm's. Just hoping to hear your thoughts on the cam in a stroked BBC.

    Thanks for your time
    Chris
