    Jim a personal thanks for the post reply - the information was appreciated. I take it the K is for Kansas city but what says chevelle ? And by the way, Red with white interior is killer ! love it.

    Got your messages. I sold a 66 SS big block non tilt w/ps last year. The column was in the car and I am almost positive the flange came off it. I have the matching rag joint also. I had about 12 chevelles 3 years ago and it's hard to keep the part id's separated when they are not attached. Good luck on your conversion let me know if you need anything.

    Have a sway bar off a 69 pontiac judge heavy duty
    1 1/16 large I have used it before on 1966 BU car

    It does not rub and I have not noticed any problems previously?
    Having said that I would like for car to be right.
    I am doing a frame off it does fit. It seems to work
    My question is Would it be to wide to be effective?
    Or is there any difference in size?Or is there enough difference?

    Should I not worry about it?
