I ran a long waterpump with those fabricated covers on my 67. It had a 383 with crane roller rockers. Sold that car to buy my 69 Z. That car hauled some but.

Totally agree. Nice looking cars. Not a fan of the wheels, but I bet its easier to get under and change the oil. The fact that they are still on the road is a thumbs up for me.

I have used the Procar Rally seats in a chevy 2. They sat crazy high, and the bolsters were just high and stiff enough to make it a total pain to get in and out of the car. I would not use them...

I have seen a guy around here that builds first gen Camaro's. He cuts the passanger toe board out and drops it. Making a compartment for it. Then puts brackets on the original toe board to bolt it...

The air cleaner looks good the way it is to me. If you think it is too much, you could paint the grooves black and leave the top ridges alone. I think it would look great either way. Defiantly...

I would try air shocks, or air bags. Finding a spring like you are looking for is going to be difficult. A C-10 spring maybe? I would expect it to ride like a brick with a truck spring.
