If you're going to go through the trouble of researching and financing a muscle car like one of the classics here, you might as well go all the way to make sure that everything attached to it is its finest! It'll be interesting to see what kind of rims you could get away with when push comes to shove though!

I just picked these U.S Mags yesterday as a test fit wheel. 18 x 9.5 x 18 -Backspace for rears 5.25 with +1 offset. Fronts are 18 x 8 with 4.50 backspace with +1 offset. will know if they fit soon. Chose Nitto 555 G2 summer tires. Looks nice

Size:
18x8, 18x9.5

Bolt Pattern:
5x120.65 (5x4.75)

Offset:
+1mm

Backspace:
4.50", 5.25"

Hub Bore:
72.6mm

Looks good so far. going to change tire size to a 285 / 40 / 18 instead of 275-35.

I'm confused, how are 20" wheels period correct? My opinion, those wheels on the front of the pictured red chevelle look like tool box casters with gum bands around them.

I agree, they are a nice wheel if that is the direction you want to go, but there is nothing period correct about them.

The ones on Ruger3320's car are still big in my opinion, but look beautiful, especially with that blue car! I would say 18s are the biggest I could accept on these cars, probably more like 16s if it was me buying the wheel. I absolutely love my 14" wheels, but wish I had more tire choices. I think you need to go 16" to have a lot of options.
