Help fixing garage photo

Can someone please help me fix my garage photo so it isn't sideways, and show me how to post them the right way?

What do you mean by "sideways"? Is it the picture that Dean just posted?... Looks fine to me.

P.S: If you mean that the picture is on it's side, you have to turn it straight up by using a feature sometimes called "pivoting". You have to do that before uploading it on this site.

I rotated it using Paint Shop Pro.
But it has to be done before uploading it like you said.
