Question Copy and paste?

Ever since I bought a new computer about 8 months ago, I cant copy and paste a photo into a thread? I used to be able to go to my album and copy then paste a picture into a thread here but, now I cant? Is there some setting I am missing?
Does anyone have any idea why?
Thanks

I've never been able to do that, I use the attachments function.

Re: Copy and paste?

Hello there,

The only ways to put images into a post is either by

1. Using the paper clip icon when you use go advanced
2. Drag and drop images under "Drag Files Here to Attach!"
3. Use the "Insert Image" icon and link by using an URL

Re: Copy and paste?

Ed I tried that, don't know what I'm doing wrong, but it does not work. This site is the hardest one that I use to navigate and post things. Its like you guys go out of your way to make it hard.

Re: Copy and paste?

Some sites won't allow hot linking to pictures and this site won't allow it if it's not secure (https rather than http with no s)

Re: Copy and paste?

There is another way to post an image from your computer if you are a supporting member.

The URL you used doesnt have a file extension at the end. It needs .jpg/.jpeg/.png ect.
