Placement of the SS 1/4 emblems isn't that hard, hope the next owner gets it right.

Absolutely. Not only money wise but years out of your life spent chasing rust. Much better/solid deal. At least it looks like it to me.

I'm asking for more information on that one, the one pic posted looks really good. I'd say the '67 in the pics is going to stay with his current owner.

I ran across a second '67 as well, looks much nicer but has a 20' paint job and will need some metal repair above one of the rear wheels. 400 engine, TH350, 10 bolt posi, ps, pb, ac, very nice interior. The top will need some work also.
$12K close to value?

The one of Dean's friend looks much better than that one too. It is probably real rusty as well. Look into the friends car, it might be a good start.

The bucket seats in the Red 67 are out of a 66 with 67 seat covers on them. They do do have the seat release and lock mechanism.

Re: '67 Malibu

Frank's 67 looks pretty bad right now with the clear coat pealing and being filthy dirty from setting out by my shop for a couple of years.

I wonder if they can fix the clear coat without re-shooting the base coat.
