if I had the room, I'd buy it! too bad they didnt use a el camino or 2 door door. lift it a bit and throw on a set of mud terrain tires, maybe a set of short chrome exhaust stacks behind the bed...change the rear fenders for a set of rear fenders off something like 36 chevy truck fenders. jim

Talk about something that's just down right butt ugly. At least he's not that proud of it reflecting on the price.

Your just jealous because you can't hear the voices!

It kinda reminds me of the 1960's Studebaker pickups in that it looks like a car with a box:

That looks like the result of a couple guys in a garage with WAY too much beer at hand.....

It has the El Camino looks, not my thing but I respect the work that went in to it. Too bad it was misdirected.

It actually has a bit of an Australian Holden Ute Mad Max vibe to it:

Re: 71 chevelletruck

The word "Fugly" was invented just for this....this..... thing!

It is SO wrong. I'd rather they sold half of a Chevelle rather than weld something to it.

Jim, you could even throw a 6-71 blower on it to get rid of that hood scoop. The search lights add to it, also.

You got room Jim...go for it!!!!

Re: 71 chevelletruck

With vent windows I'm guessing it must have been either an elky or wagon? whatever it once was I like it and the fact it's still on the road, I'd drive it but my gal probably wouldn't get in it lol

Re: 71 chevelletruck

In the Niagara Peninsula it was traditional to cut a full-frame hooptie down to chassis-cowl & run a flatbed for gathering fruit in an orchard. Today you see older Rangers & S-10s cut down in like manner.
