Re: 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Convertible, LS6
In addition to the absence of AIR on the exhaust manifolds, I also see "french locks" on the bolts, which is a massive no-no (or should I say "non-non"?)
Can't see/tell, but I would bet money that the valve covers are missing TCS wire tabs.
Cooling system and Engine Tuning decals are in a strange position... though that detail can vary.
Build sheet states CD2 - the washer fluid monitoring. I see no evidence of that either on the jug or under the dash.
Build sheet states U69 (mono AM/FM pushbutton radio) - radio in dash has stereo light, probably a new repop radio. Build sheet does not specify stereo equipment.
Build sheet states U80 (rear speaker) - was this even possible on a ragtop? Don't know...
Build sheet states D33 (remote mirror) - no evidence of such
Minor detail of not using a wire loom on valve cover (driver's side).
OH! and cowl vent grills!
