Team Membership billing

Who do I contact on what appears to be a billing error. I was charged twice for membership within two days on my credit card.

Went to the membership web site to send in a question and the e-mail won't go through.

to start off turn the auto pay off on your paypal . I would contact them or your credit card company it would be much faster .

Not sure what your calling 'the membership web site' as we don't have one.
You first need to go into your Paypal account and disable the auto renew.
Then contact our Administrator and have him issue you a refund.

Possibly but don't see anything there to suggest an e-mail contact.

Can someone fix mine too?

This happened last year, my membership was extended another year instead of a refund, and now it just happened again...

Soooo since my first membership doesn't expire till 2013, can I have back both my yearly dues that were just taken?
