Anyone familiar with DYNACORN full quarters my 71’ is at a very Reputable classic car and custom car shop but when I went to check the progress this is what It looked like any thoughts I’m getting conflicting answers from different body guys as far as it being braced up because it’s a full frame car they’re saying you don’t need to brace anything

I think for yours 25K might be good...
Mine is an LS5...Got it with '70 wheels...and a lot of little things that are wrong, but with a few updates and modifications...Also check if he says it has a 12Bolt Posi...Make sure it's there...I say that as mine came open ( Did get some money Back)...and installed a Detroit TruTrack differential, which is great...Steering wheel wrong, but I like it...Also came with Headers and Edelbrock manifold, etc...Love it...

Exact same color on a '70 is Black Cherry...Cooler name...Probably why they said car was Black Cherry when I bought it...

Try decoding the cowl plate, that may help some what. 71 and 72 are very difficult to authenticate. Canadian chevelle much easier. If the car was built in Kansas city there will be an L on cowl plate by itself. The L indicates SS package

Cowl plate may help some. It does give some info in regards to seats, color, factory built, if was built in Kansas city there will be an L on cowl plate by itself that indicates SS package option from what I found out.

GM has never confirmed or denied that the KC "L" designated SS. The majority consensus is that it did designate a SS trim package. There are however documented SS's without the "L" and there have been non SS's reported to have the "L". There is a high likelihood that a "L" is a SS, but NOT definitive proof.
