1969-70 9796919 trim rings

I have done a search here to no avail. I have used up my stash of 14x7 GM trim rings 9796919 and had bought a set of aftermarket rings last year that were virtually identical. They had a small decal on the backside with the part number and were made by ???? Stainless Steel Co. For the life of me I cannot find this vendor information anywhere and these were about as close to original as I have ever found. Can someone help me with contact information for this company? Thanks in advance.

There was a company called Wheel Vintiques that sold trim rings pretty darn close to factory originals... I had bought a set back in 98 but returned them when I found at that time the GM rings were still available thru the dealer parts dept. I had purchased the Wheel Vintiques Brand from Summit Racing.

I see Summit Racing still offers their products at competitive pricing...

Thanks Brian. I know about those but do not think they are close enough. The company I am thinking of specializes in stainless steel products and if I recall, automotive and trim rings are only a very small portion of what they manufacture. Last time I found them (2 years ago) I used the GM part number. This time they are not coming up in a search.

Hi Rick. I still have some GM originals that I could sell. I have sold you some a couple years ago.

I did find the ones I was thinking about and they are no longer made. These were made for GM and they no longer own the dies. Thanks for the help everyone. I have located a couple of sets and am interested in more.
