1970 wagon floor pan

So Im about ready to buy a floor pan for my 1970 chevelle wagon. My question is what year floor pan do I buy? I know the body were the same from 68-72 but I was told that the floor pans are actually 67. Is this true? I attached a picture of someone prof as to this. My other question is are the el fenders the same for a wagon?

Yes, The Elcamino and the Wagon used the same fenders.

Re: 1970 wagon floor pan

Joe: If you look at the picture of my 70 FAKE / FRAUD SS 468 Nomad. Its not a 70 its a 71 Nomad with a 70 El Camino front clip. Everything from the windshield to the front is 1970, Hidden wipers, Etc, Etc.
Stainless trim at the roof line is from a 72 four door. Sta. Wgn. REAR door panels are WAGON only, I faked it for a year or two with 4 dr. stuff. ( They are to Short, Wgn. rear doors, different the the 4 dr..
Lotsa wagon guys here to help. If I can help, Just ask. I have a 468 and a 700R in mine.
Bob

Re: 1970 wagon floor pan

68-72 coupes have a 112" WB.
Wagons, 4 dr sedans and el Camino have a 116" WB.
64-67 all body styles were 115" and the floorpans would fit better than the 68-72 coupes. There are minor differences in the patterns but unless you're a purist, not noticeable.

If you look at the major vendor catalogs they list 64-67 floorpan part numbers for the 68-72 El Camino

70 El Camino SS 396
68 GTO (Thanks Mom)
06 Silverado
07 SRX
