65 wagon parts interchange

Hi wagon guys I'm looking for two sheetmetal covers that go on top of the cargo area floor just behind the folding rear seat I don't see them in the body service manual so not sure what they are called. What I'm wanting to know is what years are the same for the folding rear seat and also the 2 cover pieces is it 64-67 or 64-65 thanks

Re: 65 wagon parts interchange

64-65 would look the same (I think) and 64-67 would all be functionally the same. I think they changed the pattern pressed into the metal for 66-67. I could be wrong about the pattern in the metal since it has been a long time since I've seen inside a 66-67 wagon.

I may have a spare one from a 65, if that would be of any help to you shoot me a PM.

Re: 65 wagon parts interchange

Hi guys had a little trouble posting pictures I guess I was making it too difficult. Both my cars are missing these pieces so refresh my memory which pcs. are they? I also put a picture of my window drain which involved a copper fitting and orig type J B Weld. Does anyone know of a supplier for the door handle mechanism I see 67 but not 65 ?

The parts you need are the same on two and four door wagons but need to be 64 65 as they change on 66 67.

You can't break it if it's broke to start with

The larger piece is called the “Rear Compartment Floor Panel (at kick-up)”. The smaller piece goes on the vertical metal piece behind the rear seat bottom to protect the wiring that goes across on the way to the tail lights, don’t know what it is called. See page 2H-14 in the body service manual.
