Mini tub

Is there such a thing as mini tubbing a elcamino?

Sure, you can do it. Just cut the frame and notch it as narrow as you can get it, and make the wheelwell wider. It will only get you about maybe another 2" though. Its more popular with the 78-88 Malibu and monte's.

You can fit some serious rolling stock on a 68-72, without a minitub. What size wheel & tire did you have in mind?

x2 a 295/50/15 or 315/25/17 fits thats a lot of rubber

If I change my wheels & tires nest year, I'm either going with 18x11's with 315/30/18's or 19x11.5's with 325/30/19's. Either will fit w/o minitubbing.
