Opinions on the best or worst car covers?

The car has been home with a very nice new paint job for a couple of months now. Looks like this weekend is going to be in the sixties so I plan on getting it outside to wash the dust off of it. And since life is starting to get into the way of my time to finish it I am in the market for a good car cover to protect it in the garage. Does anyone have any suggestions or dislikes?

Re: Opinions on the best or worst car covers?

I picked up a seal skin cover last year and I really like it. The cover is very soft, yet feels durable. The price seemed reasonable compared to some other ones, but I am not sure what they could have done better.

After i bought it they started sending me coupons to buy another one. So if you go that way send me a PM and I will see if I can find one.

Is "seal skin" the brand name?

What sort of garage is it, dry and insulated or does it get wet when there are temperature swings? If the car is staying in the garage I would just put a good coat of wax or sealer on it and rinse off the dust rather than deal with scratches and possibly trapped moisture.

California Car Covers. Take your pick on their site. They have many to choose from. Great fit on all I have owned. https://www.calcarcover.com/

Have a weathertech. When seams seperated received a replacement.

I second the California Car Covers. I've had 4 and not an issue with any of them. They fit the cars like a glove.

I have 4 different types for indoor use. My most recent one is the best so far, 4 soft bed sheets sewn together. On and off is a 1 man job.
