3" exhaust to header collector question

Ok, this seems straight forward but I'm running into roadblocks.
I'm installing 3" exhaust with Dynamax Ultra Flow rounds.......problem is the connection to the header collector. The header collectors are 3" and everybody has 2.5 header to pipe collectors but nobody has 3".
I'm installing this tuesday and went to 4 different places trying to get 3"....even by ordering. They all say they can't order it.
Am I out of the loop here? 3" header collector to 3" inch exhaust pipe means a 3" x 3" collector....right?

Re: 3" exhaust to header collector question

No reducers, but in this instance they aren't being reduced any....just simple header collector reducers.

Went ahead and ordered from Summit.....it's pretty bad when you go into auto parts stores that advertise high performance parts that they don't know crap.

Header Buddies from Summit. SUM-G4772. But then you need to connect to your pipe....two joints or weld.....

Reducers (whether they reduce or not) are a piece of cake to fabricate if there's a sourcing problem. I just made my own on my last exhaust iteration.
