Headers, duals back to stock

I want to get rid of my headers and go back to manifolds, a y-pipe & stock muffler. What should this cost?

Check out the Waldron's site for the best answer. It depends on stainless vs. aluminized. From a quick glance it looks like Y-pipe complete systems at between $400 & $700. Reasonable. Meanwhile the factory muffler for my Passat is $600 (I've never had to replace one thankfully) and the H-pipe with pre cats is about $2000.

On my Chevelle I still have the $200 complete system Midas bent for me back in 1993. It is an inline six with a single system. It doesn't make noise (or power), and it has the factory-style clearance crunches. Luckily the 250 six is a major torque motor
