Well, that was easy.....

When I works, I works hard.
When I sits, I sits loose.
When I thinks, I falls asleep.

I am going over there today to see if I can locate it. If I do I am going to pick it up and take it to UPS. I'm very sorry and apologize for our ****ty service. I've been here for 38 years and right now is the worst I've seen. I try to use our own service to put money in our pockets, but this is totally unacceptable. I have spoken with the plant manager concerning this and they said "we'll look into it" LOL what a bunch of crap!!!

Only thing is the Ford people get a discount. USPS employees don't. LOL

Re: 69 Sedan Window Felts

RAMBO, I have contacted the Plant Manager and the Manager of Distribution at the sorting plant. I have people looking for this package. All I can say is sorry for the delay. If it never shows up I will refund your money.

Re: 69 Sedan Window Felts

I have noticed a huge difference in slow deliveries and lost packages with USPS. I wonder what changed. I know a newly appointed Post Master with no experience.

I can sat that this was a cylinder and considered non-machineable and requires manual handling. I did go to the distribution center today and was overwhelmed at the amount of non-machineable mail. No luck and I have asked Ben for the amount he sent so I can refund his money. I have also filed a lost mail with the USPS. Don't mail anything that isn't square shaped with USPS!!

Re: 69 Sedan Window Felts

UPDATE: The window felts finally arrived to Rambo. These were sent USPS, which I've worked at for 39 years! I mailed them on June 16th and you can see the tracking results above. It got delayed in Nashville for quite some time and again delayed in Memphis. Didn't know what the problem was until he got the package Monday evening and the USPS tracking label was not on it. How'd that happen? The problem appears to have been that it was a cylinder. Our machines can't process cylinders as the roll off the belts so it was manually handled. Big mistake. If you use USPS you're fine with a box, square or rectangle of a nominal size. I would recommend that if you are mailing anything in a cylinder or oversized to go UPS or FedEx.
Suprdave1 out.
Glad he finally got them.
