WTB - L78/LS6 deep groove pulleys

Looking for good used originals that do not cost and arm, leg, and my 1st born. Need a water pump and crankshaft pulley. Application is a 69 427 with a long water pump that is going in my 69 Chevelle.

If duct tape and a hammer won't fix it you have electrical problems

Yea, not sure anyone who has these pulleys will give them away for anything other than market value but it sure doesn't hurt to ask. Most guys just keep what they have because prices are only going up. I was lucky and had everything but the PS pulley which I bought aftermarket. Runout is a little rough but I knew that would be the case.
I wouldn't be concerned with anything but the crank pulley, as that one can come apart on you. If you plan on running the thing hard, either pony up or go with a quality aftermarket system, not repop.

Yes, hence why I want factory pieces. Ted Daros told me years ago that the repops were crap, he had one come apart on him. The car is mainly a driver, but do not want to be afraid to step on it for fear of the pulleys coming apart. Cry now, or cry a lot more later. Not looking for free, but no way I can afford to pay $1000+ for two pulleys. I have a mint 3955290 and a box of WP pulleys. Not the correct deep groove stuff, but the car is not a matching # big $$$ resto either.

Why not weld the two sides of the pulley together in 4 places 90 degrees apart to reinforce them ? At the bottom of the "V".

Sometimes you have to make do with what's available.

Correction, I have a 3955292 AA crank pulley and a 3932402 DJ water pump pulley. (Which is fine, my car has manual steering)
