Looking for 1966 Muncie shifter

Hey guys I’m looking for a certain style shifter. They made 3 different versions if I’m not mistaken. One for a bench seat that has a big curve in it, one for bucket seats that has a moderate curve in it and then one that is almost straight. All 3 had the T style reverse lockout that you pull up with two fingers. I’m looking for the straight one. I’ll buy it or trade my slightly curved one for one. Thanks

Re: Looking for 1966 Muncie shifter

Tried to send you a private message but you don't have the feature activated? I have an original "66" bucket seat(with or without console)
handle and knob which are not in the best shape and an original "66" bench seat handle with some patina that I just replaced the lockout cable, liner and O ring that is in very nice shape. Activate your PM feature and message me if interested. They do make reproductions of all the ITM style handles and knobs and cable replacement kits. I purchased the correct cable from the hardware store and just reused the original bullet and cable stop, much cheaper than the kit.

There were only two handles for 1966... the "Bench" and the "Bucket" (console or no console)Ö yeah, I know...

The '64-'66 "bucket" handle is "straighter", but does have some bend to it (15 degree? and another "kink" higher up)...

the '67 "bucket" handle has a bigger bend (almost 45-degrees?), bringing the ball back closer to the driver...

Places like OPGI and others carry reproductions (the pictures shown are from OPGI's website)
