This is a three row, four row is a little longer and I don't have a good clear picture of one from the top and side, like an Isometric. I squished the parts in my vise. It was fairly easy, the metal is the roof of my parts car.
One thing I would do differently is make a buck for the fold in the middle. Because the folded area is not flat the metal has to stretch.
