66 crack in frame near control arm

I was hooking up the front brake lines and found this crack in the frame. Can this be repaired or do I need to get another frame.

A good welder can repair that.

Drilling a hole in each end of the crack is great advise but also vee out the crack to provide a stronger weld.

If you aren’t worried about looks, after you weld the crack you can install a plate over it. I had similar cracks on the frame of a 67 Chevelle, after we welded the crack we installed a plated on top with several holes drilled in it. We welded the perimeter and plug welded the holes.
