hurst shifter

We are collecting parts to switch our 1967 malibu from automatic to a muncie M20. We have several Hurst comp plus shifters , and I notice they have different 4 digit numbers on the shift arms. Does anyone know which number arms we should have for our setup? Also what should the bracket that the shift handle bolts to look like? Thanks

The only reason someone would want insurance is if they want to pay someone elses bills or want someone else to pay their bills.

BIGOT is a word used by people that can't use logical reasoning to prove that you are wrong when you don't agree with them.

Re: hurst shifter

Here is a manufacturer link that has pictures that can show you how it looks. Typically most Hurst shifter bodies are the same with the difference being where the shifter arm comes out (straight, bent etc.) and the arm itself. They may even be able to confirm what you currently have if you can't tell from pictures

Crash (Eric Davidson) will know exactly what you need, and he probably has it if you don't.
