Thumbs up Non AC Dash Vent Location

Hey fellow Chevelle lovers! I'm building my 67 Chevelle convertible and need help. I have a Non AC dash that I would like to build out as factory as I can. Can anyone help with the size of hole needed for the lower L and R AC vent ducts and their location? Is there a template I can find and print to help locate the holes, AND is the Vintage Air template and hole size listed in their install manual correct for the factory AV vent?

I do not have Vintage Air or any AC set-up as of now, I'm just trying to get the dash prepped and built before in put it back in the car. Any and all help would be great!!!

Re: Non AC Dash Vent Location

You may want to look at both Vintage Air and Classic Auto Air and see what kind of vents they offer for your application. I am pretty sure you have to have the vent assembly on hand because you have to trim a little at a time until it fits your dash.

You can also download the instructions for both system on their respective web sites. That should give you a better idea.
