69 air vent question

Newbie here after many years of searching I finally bought a 69 SS that I have a question about. The fan blower/heat works on the legs and windshield but it does not blow through the astro vents. Is this correct or do I have a vent blocked/not attached? Non AC car.

Re: 69 air vent question

Astro vents are for outside air, for cooling purposes.

Re: 69 air vent question

Like Ole said. The dash Astrovents are not hooked into the heater system at all. They get fresh air direct from the cowl -- just like the kick panel vents.
