american autowire compatibility

Will the Ch85032 kit for 68 chevelle work in a 69?

Anything can be made to work---but this particular set will have an issue.

Since the 69 is a column mounted ignition switch and the 68 is dash mounted, the biggest issue that I could foresee is wire length---incorrect connectors to the switch.

I don't imagine that the rest of the kit would be all that much different than a correct kit for your car.

If you are not comfortable playing with wiring----probably be a good idea to get the right kit.

No, they are extremely different. Not even close. Pin outs are a bit different, column vs. dash mounted ignition switch, etc.
