Tilton starter with AAW harness

I'm sure this is a basic question, but this is my first time doing any wiring and I decided to dive right in with a new harness. I'm trying to determine where the red BATTERY and purple STARTER wires go from the engine kit.

It sounds like there should be an R and S labeled on the connector and a battery connection. This starter doesn't have any markings I can find. The two studs are the same size and then there is the male connection that I'm not sure about. I read something on Tiltons site that said it could be a switch.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Trying to only do this once.

The main battery cable and hot cable from the alter goes to the big stud on the left looking at the starter. The purple wire NSS goes on the spade connection. Most mini starters don't have a R connection like a standard starter.
