LED Headlight Upgrade for '66 Chevelle

Has anyone out there done this LED conversion? What, if any, sheet metal modification must be done? Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and Happy New Year!

I bought a series of a GE nighthawk LED headlights for my 72. They are simply just replacement bulbs. Not modifications need. I would assume they have the same for your bulbs as well

I put relays on my 70 and Four Sylvania Halogen bulbs, WOW What a difference. Dash lights are brighter, Headlights are very close to the " White Lite " look. Driving at night is wonderful no issues, YES you can see very well.
With the Relays, Your headlights get Batt. Voltage.
READ THIS....... For the Chicago show, I Removed the 4 Halogen Bulbs and replaced them with Reproduction " T-3 " Bulbs. Go to a cruise in the spring with the Repo. T-3 Bulbs. The light they put out is still to old style " Orange " looking and you KANT SEE FOR $H!T even with the relays. SO..... This winter the T-3 are going on the shelf and the SYLVANIA HALOGEN bulbs are going back in.
I love the Halogen Bulbs, NO chainsaw needed !
