Wiring issue

Just picked up 68 Chevelle no lights but parking lights nothing works but one bulb (which I think is an alternator light) heater fan wipers signals flasher. I'm trying to trace everything down. I have this plug that I know wires to many things but can not see for the life of me where it plugs in. Looking for an off the wall chance somebody recognizes it and can help me out on this.

Also wondering if 69 has the same wiring codes. I have a manual that starts at 69 and have found some 68 nova wiring diagrams

Re: Wiring issue

Looks to me like the blower relay plug. There is an electrical section lower on the page, post there so the guru's can see this pic. good luck.

Re: Wiring issue

Rob,

You definitely want the correct wiring diagram for your vehicle. Using different years and models will only add to the confusion.

The picture you provided is the harness connector that feeds the console for an automatic car.

The two purples are for the neutral safety switch, gray for shift indicator lamps, white for switched courtesy lamp ground, orange for constant courtesy power, pink and green for back- up lights.
