Modern radio for 68 Chevelle

Hey crowd.

I tried the search function, but can't really find anyone happy with their modern radio that fits in the stock opening.

I really don't care if it looks period correct, just don't want to cut the dash and be able to connect a simple amp and an iPod.

I see few options: RetroSound, ClassicCar stereos or Custom Auto Sound, anything else?

Thank you for your help and sorry if I missed the answer during my search.

Re: Modern radio for 68 Chevelle

how much is in your budget for this??
there are a couple of places that rebuild a stock radio for the functions that you queried about...
otherwise retrosound is a good option i've heard,
i intend to go with retrosound unit at some point

Re: Modern radio for 68 Chevelle

I'm going to try RetroSound in my next (56 210) build. My Chevelle has my LAST Custom AutoSound I'll ever buy, and when it dies (and it will), I'll replace it with a RetroSound.
