Angel Halo

Anyone seen or used these? I ran across these of Flee Bay and was just curious if they would light the road up better or not?

Re: Angel Halo

No, they don't. I have them factory on my BMW. The HID lights are great but the angel eyes are for looks, they don't do anything.

Re: Angel Halo

So do the centers have a halogen bulb to light up the road ahead or should I just stick to halogen bulb replacements? Like I said I thought they looked cool, but function before form!

Re: Angel Halo

You see "halo lights" on new BMW's, Audi's, Mercedes, cars of that nature. They are more for look than anything, but newer cars will have HID lamps in the center that actually light up the road, but a normal halogen bulb in the center will work fine.

Re: Angel Halo

I kind of figured that would work but I wasn't sure. Sure would be fun to come tooling out at night with these burning, especially round here

Re: Angel Halo

Somewhere on TC. There is a member with a 69 that has these. Looks pretty sharp actually.

Chris.
