Fuel gauge inop after pc board replace

Am I missing something obvious? Fuel gauge used to work fine. After removing dash to repair various items included replacing delaminating printed circuit board. Upon reinstallation, fuel gauge no longer works, stuck at E. I'm assuming that I'm missing a ground somehow? Pic shows back of gauge. I don't remember any kind of jumper from that bottom center screw post, but maybe? Any ideas appreciated; too much work removing dash again!

Re: Fuel gauge inop after pc board replace

Stuck on E usually means a shorted sender wire signal to ground.

You're just jealous because you can't hear the voices!
