Don't hold me to this, but I almost think you have your harness installed backwards. A couple of those look like they go the wiper switch and other behind the dash locations. Maybe one of those to the headlights? I'm really not sure what contraption you have going on there hahaha

Re: wiring problem

Purple goes to blower motor. The yellow, blue, green goes to the blower motor resistor. That resistor would have been inside the AC suitcase previously mounted on the passenger side of the firewall. The last one with multiple blue/black wires does look like a dimmer switch plug, which definitely belongs inside the car.

Re: wiring problem

I only have a crappy copy of 72 wiring diagram. They are close to 71 but there are some differences. I suggest you get an Assembly manual for your car and a color wiring diagram. Post it here so I can steal it.

Re: wiring problem

Thatís your AC harness. The things the plugs are looking for are mounted to the air box thatís not there.

People donít like to have to think in high resolution. Jordan Peterson. Thatís why we are forced in to so many binary choices.

Re: wiring problem

What Alan said. photos of the locations, the relay on the top side of the air box is for high speed.
