Rear interor mood lights on 89 vendura van

Hi I've checked fuses and replaced one that is on roof inbetween driver and passenger seat. Checked fuses under dash on driver side all were good.lights are still not working. Where else do I need to check.idk what to do or where to look.thank u

Check the grounds, making sure the ground is good all the way to the battery.

Check the switch, is it actually turning the power on. Are the light bulbs good?

Pull the light and check for power and ground at the light connections. Failure on either side will tell you where to look. If you have power and ground there, suspect the light or connections after the test point. You can test the bulbs with an ohm meter. There should be resistance between the + and -. Sometimes a bulb will appear to have an intact filament, yet still be defective.

Are the lights standard type bulb or florescent? I'm not up on Van type mood lighting.
