65 Malibu Taillight Driving me Mad

I have issues with my taillights. I keep chasing wires and I keep running into a wire on the ribbon harness that has constant power. Why would I have constant power running back there? Does anyone have a diagram that I can look at?

The dome light power runs with the rear harness, maybe you have a short in the harness. On what color wire do you have constant power?

I’m pretty sure it’s trying to run to the dome light. I might have it figured out now. Maybe???
