Anyone have any tricks for these?
I got the headliner in with little problem but these precovered sail panels are a bit*h!
The clip position is in the wrong place and they want to buckle at the top edge where they meet the headliner.

Tomorrow it's off to the trim shop to buy some of that board they are made of.
My plan is to cover them and then put hot glue on the clip while it's in positon, then hold the panel to it untill the glue dries.
Anyone have any tricks/tips?

The glue gun will do the trick !

I used it on my door panels and it works like magic.

I bought a headliner kit from G.U. and the sail panels were in the kit. It came with 4-1in. pieces of velcro. You stick the velcro on the back of the sail panel and the other half of the velcro where the clips would go into the hole on the body and stick them together. Works fine. It won't come off unless I pull it off...
