66-67 radio trim plate vibration

has anyone else experienced this? if I hold my finger to the bottom of the plastic trim part the noise goes away. I one time I put dum dum on the bottom of the trim to take the noise away. but I guess i wore down as it came back. I was thinking of putting some felt on the back side.

Maybe your tires need balanced or headers touching floorboards?
