Anyone who hasn't emailed us for pics/prices/descriptions, please do by Friday, as we leave Sat @ 4 AM for Christmas with the family in No. Cal, plus an installation of a dash in that area.

Guys and Gals;

Go to-

http://covansclassic.com/news.php

Funny how their-

Covan's Classic Announces New Product. Covan's Classic is proud to announce the addition of the 1966 - 1667 Chevy II/Nova Instrument Panels to its line of products. These panels come in Brushed Aluminum, Black or Carbon Fiber Finishes. You also can choose if you want them blank, with or with out drilled holes, or with a choice of Autometer Gauges.

It sure looks like our-

1970-1972 CHEVELLE/EL CAMINO/MONTE CARLO CUSTOM ALUMINUM DASH BEZEL.

And now they are most likely coming out with a '68-'69 Panel (?????). Plastic and (?????).

An Observation (?????)

For those of you out there that are thinking of going with a Covans bezel you should check out

http://www.haneline.com/

They make most of the same panels but they make them out of metal instead of ABS plastic. The prices aren't too different either. They're really nice over there too. They even sent me a sample of the material they would use to make the bezel for my 65. I'm gonna go with them when I finally get around to updating my dash.

P.S. - Also...the bezels don't just come in the turned metal finish. I had them send me a sample of the brushed aluminum.

All are nice products, no "THAT'S A CROCK" intended (Funny how simular they look).

"OK!"

We saw a post on this site a couple of months ago that Haneline was also going to offer '68-'69 and '70-'72 panels. Anyone hear anything?

We're happy to date with our customer base, and are doing more and more custom installations, including the firewalls, however, it will be nice to have our website up and running soon.

February 2004 Chevy High Performance, Covan's Classic ad-

"Comming Soon!
'68-'69 Chevelle's
'70-'72 Chevelle's and
Monte Carlo's

There you go guys and gals. A top notch company, and their products are guaranteed. Couldn't get any better than that. Didn't see any Haneline ads, but they must make them or will offer them soon?

LVMAXX. I am very interested in your product. I am leaving Sat. 12/17/2005 (Merry Christmas to me) to pick up my rough 1967 HT Chevelle. Can you send me some info on your product. Thanks, Chris
