I have procured Soffseal weather stripping from OPG and even called Soffseal and no on knows how to Take and Replace and Install the Vent window and weather stripping.
Can You Help??

you must remove the vent window frame frome the door.you will find the pivot rivetted to the frame.take a dremel with a cutting wheel and gently grind off the heads.remove the lower nut,spacers and spring.remember how they go back.replace your wstrip and reassemble,with small rivets.works great!
