3964290 Heads, springs and guide plates ?

Picked up a set of these the other day, they have double springs and 3/8" guide plates on them.
Would they have been factory equipped that way on anything or did someone swap them? They still have stock size valves. They haven't been ran in a very long time. Guys dad and uncle are both passed and he knew nothing about them.

Dont think they came with dual springs from factory beeing ovals. Are the dual+damper? But 3/8 guideplates is possible, had 3/8 guideplates on a set of #241 heads I think was factory installed.

Boy those have been sitting for awhile I think all of the HP versions came with the double springs and the 3/8 pushrods. I cant say that I have ever seen a 396/402 head with the 11/32 pushrods but they did have them.
