Question 225/60R15 or 225/70R15 on 71 Chevelle

Hi
I was running Convo Pro wheel 15x4 in the front on my Chevelle for a long time with 205 tire
Now I decided to go with wider front wheel and tire instead of skinny
I just purchased a set of 15x6 Convo Pro
Which front tire you suggest, 225/60R15 or 225/70R15 ??
Thanks

I tend to like taller tires that fill up the wheel wells.

The 6" wheel is pretty narrow.. Defiantly use the 70.. You want the wheel width and tire tread with the same..

They are both the same width.

FWIW......I run 235 x 70 x 15ís on 15 x 7Ē American VN500ís, the taller sidewall is supposed to give a slightly better ride, more cushioning if you will, but Iím older, like the ride, donít need the cornering ability.

IMO, 225/70R15. 225/60R15 will be too short (~1/2-3/4" smaller dia than a stock F-70-14) and not fill up the wheel well.
