'71 Parking Brake cable routing

I have a 71 convertible I need to install a new cable on from the pedal to rear drums. I have most of the parts, but need to see some photo.s showing the routing. There's no cable installed now on my car, so I have no reference and the diagrams I found in my FSM and the build manual are not complete enough to show all the details. I really need photo.s of how the rear cables go thru or around the frame and where to put the "S" hooks. Also, any tips on doing the installation would help, especially on attaching the rear cables to the brake housing....... Thanks

Re: '71 Parking Brake cable routing

I'm in the same boat with my chevelle too (yes, both are missing it) minus having the parts. If it weren't so frigging expensive I would have tried it already, but the likelihood of me messing it up is much higher.

There are no Ford vs. Chevy wars in my garage. It's all U.S. muscle.
